Return Policy

We offer store credit for product(s) that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Returns must be postmarked, at the customers expense, within 10 days of receiving the original order.

Our products are made to order. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned items.

*Please include your name, email address, and order number in the return package.

Store credit will be issued via e-gift card to the email on file within 5 business days of receiving your return for the amount paid, minus the restocking fee.

Casual Mode does not offer refunds on any purchases.
